ASENDI Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:

Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed).

Tags must still be attached.

Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To start a return, contact us at asendibrand@gmail.com. Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Please note, items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have (once approved) and place a new order for your preferred item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
